SalonExam sells one-time, non-renewing access plans to exam-prep content.

Refunds

Refunds are not available after account activation, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under law, contact us before continuing to use the service.

Activation occurs when the user can access their SalonExam account and study materials are available.

Requesting a Refund Where Required

Email with your account email and purchase details. We may request additional information to validate the request.

Processing

Approved refunds (where required by law) will be processed via the original payment method, subject to processor timelines.
